Ceramic Ink Printing Black Frame Oven Tempered Glass With Safety Corner
Oven tempered glass description:
The glass used in oven doors must withstand high heat while simultaneously keeping the temperature inside the oven at a steady temperature and providing a clear view inside. Not all glass is right for the job. Tempered glass has the desirable characteristics thanks to its durability, safety and low conduction.
Tempered glass is the perfect glass to use in oven doors thanks to its low conduction and high durability. Tempered glass also represents a safer option for ovens than regular glass thanks to its ability to shatter into pebble-sized pieces, reducing the risk of serious injury in an emergency.

Advantages of oven tempered glass:
Has the unique gloss appearance, good light transmission.
Corrosion resistance , easy clean, various colors.
Different patterns can be made. Its flower pattern or metallic
effect is clearly visible and beautiful
Tempered glass can be custom-made.
Oven Tempered Glass process:
Tempered glass is a type of glass with even compressive stress on
the surface which is made by heating float glass to nearly
softening point and then cooling it down rapidly by air. During the
instant cooling process, the exterior of glass is solidified due to
rapid cooling while the interior of the glass is cooled down
relatively slowly. The process will bring the glass surface
compressive stress and the interior tensile stress which can
improve the mechanical strength of glass by germination and result
in good thermal stability.
Description of screen printing:
Screen printing glass is inorganic glaze (also known as ink),
printing to the glass surface, and then by drying, tempered or hot
processing, the glaze permanent dry or sintering in the glass
surface and get a kind of wear-resisting, resistance to acid and
alkali of decorative glass products. This product has a high
functional and decorative. It has many different colors and
patterns, such as strip, mesh and the electric design and so on.
Also can according to customers' different needs further design
pattern.
Quality Inspection item for oven tempered glass:
1, Appearance, In the daytime (or in the case of similar
brightness), observe the oven tempered glass vertically for 5
seconds with naked eyes or with the aid of glasses from a distance
of 50cm or a distance of one arm length. No dirt or scratch, edge
and corner, printing effect.
2, Printing appearance: the glass printing area (ink covered area)
of the control panel is judged under the condition that the back
has opaque cover (black background), and under the black
background, it is acceptable that the front is invisible.
3, Evenness: bow shape ≤ 0.5%; there is one place (one peak and one
trough) allowed for every 610mm of waveform;
4, Granularity test: two pieces of tempered glass are selected for
each batch of glass to be tested, and the place where the center of
the long side of the glass plate is 13mm higher than the bottom
edge is taken as the breaking point (see figure). After the glass
is broken, the two areas with the largest granularity are selected
in a 50mm*50mm box for counting. The number of crack-free particles
completely contained in the 50mm*50mm box must be ≥50, and the
largest particle size must be ≤ 15 mm * 8 mm.
5, Impact test: drop a steel ball with a diameter of 51mm and a
weight of 535g from the glass surface 648mm, and impact the center
of the glass plate once to ensure that the glass does not break.
6, Thermal shock test: the tempered glass is heated to 287 5℃, and
then immediately quenched with water (temperature 10 ~ 25℃) at the
center of the glass plate, requiring the glass not to break.
